Going from MM PE to a HF?

Any thoughts on how difficult it is to go from MM PE to a well respected HF, ideally a tiger cub? For reference, I have done my 2 years in IB at a BB and am joining a top MM PE shop for a 2 year program. Other threads reference that typically tiger Cubs recruit from MF PE if they look at PE applicants at all but wanted to see if MM PE was still realistic.
