EDIT: also secondaries are usually bidding for a stake in a fund / can also cherry pick certain companies
But the biggest part of secondaries apparently is single asset continuation vehicles so much more fun because exposed to only one company
Co investments are minority stakes in private companies where u invest alongside another private equity firm
Is this the one that was originally called Alternative Investments Manager Selection (AIMS)? Big FoF/coinvest focus?
Yes and FOF is primaries not secondaries / Co-investments
Also this group is specifically buy-side secondaries
