Internship opportunity to choose

I'm a sophomore from UIUC majoring in Statistics and Agricultural & Consumer Economics.

I have received an internship offer from Fund Services company in London, which I will be exposed to primarily regulatory product and valuation, and a Corporate Development internship offer from medium, or big, size hospitality company (revenue of $1.3b).

Which internship will be better for me to decorate my resume, or make my resume stand out little more?

I thought international internship was a good way to differentiate my resume, but also corporate development internship as a sophomore might be even better since it's directly related to M&A work experience.

Any advice please?
