Looking for PE funds that don't use leverage
Hi,
Anybody knows of any PE funds that do not use leverage? (I know leverage is the main reason PE exists/makes money but still).
Doesn't matter the industry (including RE/Infra), doesn't matter the region. Only equity funds though, not debt/special sits.
Thanks!
Edit: just to be clear I meant leverage at both fund level and deal level. No leverage at all basically
Look into VC/GE
bump
-Basically any conglomerate -Many family offices
Usually no leverage = a different IRR mandate and longer term holds.
Some LPs do not want the leverage. In that case, you do not use leverage in your fund.
