What do you guys know about Oak Hill, specifically Business Services? What is the culture like? How technical is the role vs. how thematic (on a scale from Apollo = 0 to Bain Capital = 10, 0 being technical and 10 being thematic)? Will I want to kill myself if I work there or will I retain a shred of humanity? Am I going to be making inane balance sheet builds or actually useful operating models and simple QoE CF adjustments? How growthy is it vs. financial engineering focused?
