Opinions on elea (philanthropic impact investing firm founded by ex-UBS Global CEO)

Have you heard about elea https://www.elea.org/en/home-en ?

They primarily do impact Seed - Series A investments in the global south (Africa, South America and Asia). Founded by the former CEO of UBS, they seem to have a pretty ok team. Juniors tend to come from EU targets/semi-targets (LSE, St Gallen, Sciences Po etc)

Would you say that this is a good firm in the impact investment space? How are the MBA possibilities considering its philanthropic impact investing? Any other insights on the culture/WLB/day-to-day work?
