PE (Megafund) Sales - What's the culture, WLB, and exit opp landscape?
Currently in advanced discussions with a leading Megafund regarding a role in their NYC Sales division and was wondering generally what the culture, WLB, and exit opps are like.
Currently in a great role at a BB in Private Banking and thinking about whether the PE Sales path would be worth leaving a great firm with substantial opportunities and growth tailwinds.
For those who have done/have heard of PE Sales for a Megafund - what is it like? Would you recommend leaving a top BB for it? What are some exit opps?
