1) Is the recruitment process for REPE on the same time table and just as competitive as "regular" PE?
2) What kind of comp can you expect coming from an analyst stint in IB?
3) What types of banks do REPE firms recruit from (EB, BB, MM, etc)? Do you have do come from the RE group?
4) Even though prestige is stupid IMO, what firms get more respect in the REPE space... a traditional PE brand name like Carlyle and KKR or a bigger AUM firm like Brookfield?
