What is the typical salary structure of a private equity firm in Toronto?

Assume we're talking about the big 4 of private equity firms in Toronto. What is the salary structure? How does the salary structure compare to that of New York and London?

This is how I'm figuring out what I want to do. I'm weighing out the pros and cons, compensation is one of them. Considering I'm in high school I'm not too worried about making a desision right this second. By big 4 I mean the biggest firms in Toronto.

Worry about getting into college first. Then getting good grades. Then getting into banking. then getting into PE or HF. And by the time you’re ready to do that comp will be way down on your list of priorities. Chill. The fuck. Out. And I still don’t know what “big 4” is
