Brokerage in US to Brokerage/Principal in UK
Happy Friday.
Have a classic relocation question for you guys. I have been at a top brokerage shop for 3 years working on Logistics/Industrial deals. Great deal flow in a high profile secondary market. Think JLL/Colliers/CBRE. I have had the strong urge to move to London. My timeline would be 3-5 years.
My question is has any one here utilized global brokerage offices to transfer to another country? I feel like it would be tough given brokerage is geographically/relationship driven. I wouldn't mind going principal side either. Am I stuck getting an MBA? Should I buy plane tickets and network across the pond? Any input is greatly appreciated.
