Build for Rent LP Waterfall

Anyone have experience in this sector that could speak to what typical LP waterfall terms have looked like for their developments? Assume given the attractiveness of the industry there is some more favorable splits relative to traditional multifami?

The sector is fairly untested right now so everything I've seen has been in line with multifam. Some deals knocking a percentage point off the pref.
