Hi All - I know this is a loaded question: What is the high-level modeling process of taking my argus exports and being able to sensitize metrics (occupancy, rent, expense ratio, cap rate, etc.) in order to see different scenarios ?

Basically you just sensitize the metrics.
If you are creating data tables to show different metrics, you would have to recreate the formulas in Excel as this component unfortunately isn't transferred from an ARGUS export.
