Coop posted an overpayment on my HOA account...Keep it?
My Coop in NY State posted an overpayment leaving me with a balance in my favor of nearly 2 months of HOAs. Is there a statute of limitations as to when they can move the payment to the correct account? In the meantime i will keep making payments as normal and increasing the positive balance.
