Corporate real estate modelling interview tips

Hello Sirs,

I have a modelling interview (expected length 2.5hrs) next week to an Analyst position at a small UK-based REPE shop. They mentioned that the modelling is not about basic REPE modelling, but instead will have some kind of real estate corporate elements, which I am not familiar with. So, what kind of modelling should I expect and and how could I prep to this? Any experiences in modelling corporate real estate and how that differs from "normal corporates" or normal real estate? Any tips?

The REPE shop what I am applying for, focuses more on corporate real estate transactions rather than buying a tired office assets somewhere, if that makes a difference.

Thanks, John
