Development Finance Model for Carehomes - Debt Fund Interview Case Study
Hi all,
I am interviewing with a small debt fund which is actually backed by a major and much larger firm and have been invited to a modelling test 3 hour long. They focus on provided debt to developers of care homes/ressi etc.
It will be a development appraisal for the development of a new care home - can anyone share any guides/templates/tips on this?
I'd assume it would be build phase ramp of occupancy until stablisation and then sale right?
I am currently on the brokerage side and not sure what the test will be like - I assume it will be construction finance and refi cash flow modelling..
