Aptitude test has math, reading, and logic questions similar to what you would find on a standardized test. Just make sure you are 100% focused on it when you take it - there isn't really a way to prepare for it. You either can do the stuff or you can't.

Video interview is pretty standard, just be able to speak to your experience, interest in CRE, interest in eastdil, etc.

Aptitude test isn't everything in the slightest, but it is a weeder, so definitely take it seriously

 

Not during the interview, they are completely separate. Believe they send it at the same time the initiation to the video interview comes in.

Interviews are not too difficult for entry level analyst roles. Just understand basic RE Math and be able to speak to your experience and interest. There is also a basic modeling test - prepping using any major RE financial modeling courses (WSP, REFM, Adventures in CRE, etc.) will have you more than prepared for it.

 

I’m not sure but it wasn’t the hardest thing in the world and felt more as a formality than anything.
