Georgetown vs FIU

Is anyone on the forum a graduate of the Georgetown Master of Professional Real Estate online program or FIUs Master of Science in International Real Estate online program? I'm weighing my options on both programs, so any pros and cons will be greatly appreciated.

I'm in the Houston Texas market. I like both programs. FIUs program comes with a lot of perks like allowing you to meets the majority of the requirements to become a CCIM, MAI or RICS, or all three if you desire. The Georgetown program is divided into the Finance Track and Real Estate Development Track, but it is also 25k more expensive than the FIU Program and takes 2 years to complete. FIUs program can be completed in 10-12 months. I'm not sure which program would look better on my resume, but I like both programs.
