Hi all. Anyone have any info as to what the JLL investment sales analyst test may be? I am interviewing for a spot and want to make sure I am prepared.

When I was there I was in LA by the way, it was pretty simple. Know basic real estate fundamentals and excel formulas. Expect to create a single tenant acquisition yearly cash flow down to after debt service, calc IRR and EM, the a sensitivity table. Then I believe they had you back into a purchase price to hit a return. I think you have to create a basic amortization table and maybe with some interest only added in.
honestly mine was so simple. like basic excel questions and then answer questions given a cashflow they made and build a stupidly simple amortization table. buy justin kivels repe interview exam udemy course. the excel and cre fundamental parts of that course was basically the test lol. super easy
