Market comp for Acquisitions Analyst/Senior Analyst (High COL)
What have you all been seeing lately as market comp for an acquisitions analyst/senior analyst (2-3 years exp) in high COL markets (NYC,LA,SF)? I know it's dependent on company size as well.
Bump
I pulled 80k salary plus 25%ish bonus and strong healthcare/401k match my first year in a major Texas market, no prior re experience.
Which company?
Small developer. Won’t give specifics because I am one of a couple youngbloods
There’s a huge repe comp thread on the forum

The range is wide, I have been on the job hunt for acquisition associate roles on the west coast (LA, SF, Seattle) and have been quoted salaries between 120k-135k with 20-30% bonus depending on the shop. You can use that as a data point and scale back as appropriate.
Thanks for the info, how many years of experience do you have?
3 years of real estate, and a few years as a financial analyst in a different industry
Damn, what shop in Seattle is offering $120-135k base?
Hines
