Moving from North America to UK - What are the major differences in underwriting?
I am currently looking to relocate to London from North America, and am wondering if anyone can point out some differences in terms of commercial real estate underwriting or in the property markets as a whole that I should try to learn before making the move (such as property tax calculations, differences in debt modeling, annual growth limitations, etc). Can anyone lend a hand with this?
