Salary Expectations Multifamily Portfolio Management Analyst

I have never posted on this site but I've used it before for research. I am moving into final round of portfolio management analyst position for a fully integrated MF company w/ $150B AUM. Moving over from investment sales analyst position where I've been since I graduated last May from non-target. I'm currently making table scraps at the IS group and do not have a strong idea of where a position like this puts me salary-wise. I'm obviously aware of what the role will involve but if anyone can offer me long-term insights in RE portfolio management career and comp 5, 10, 20 years out that would be great as well. Thanks.

Depends on location. I was a Portfolio Analyst for 2 years at a Midwestern fund with upwards to $1B AUM. Approximately a dozen funds in total which owned two dozen + assets.

$82K base + 5% bonus paid quarterly based on performance of assets + 10% year end bonus

NYC Portfolio Management analyst at a top 5 REPE can clear about ~150K - 180K all-in (with perks like reimbursed breakfast/lunch/dinner, black car back home after dinner)

However the role is generally for all asset classes rather than just multifamily.
