Sale-Leaseback Underwriting
What are some of the ways you guys are underwriting sale-leasebacks? Is it simply just slapping a market cap on a market rent? Do you look for a yield premium on replacement cost? Obviously tenant credit and term all factor in but just trying to get a sense of the different ways you can look at it.
