Westbrook Partners any insight?
Looking into Westbrook Partners and wanted to see if anybody thought a junior level position in acquisitions there would be worth it?

Career Resources
Very good name, I would imagine very good pay, but have heard it’s a sweatshop. Great place to start a career if that opportunity has presented itself to you.
They take a cradle-to-grave approach to investing so analysts aren’t strictly acquisitions focused. It would be a decent first role depending on what market you’re in. I think they almost exclusively hire analysts from Cornell
Any insight in how they compare to similar shops like RockPoint, Northwood, Artemis etc ?
More opportunistic than those guys
What would typical deal size / returns look like for them?
$20-50MM equity checks that UW to a 12%+ LIRR in gateway markets. They’re more value-add investors than opportunistic
Very sweaty from what I’ve heard. A few years ago associate comp was $100 + $100
But as others have said, amazing experience and firm has a great rep
