Why so many land deals In Canada ATM
As the title described. My firm never does any land deals due to restrictive risk tolerance and diversification concerns. For those of you who have done both residential and ICI land deals. Why are so many investors buying land? Who are these buyers (private guys, Institutions or developers?)
