Working at a Megafund RE Portco? (culture, WLB, processes, etc)

Curious to know what it's like to work at companies that have partnered with megafunds for particular real estate strategies? Examples like KKR with Alpha Industrial Properties or TPG with Dogwood Industrial Properties.

Is it similar to working at a KKR or TPG in terms of culture/WLB? How does the partnership work in a platform like that with regards to making decisions and doing deals? Are you constantly waiting for TPG/KKR's approval for certain things and/or are you constantly under pressure to produce results?

If anyone has any insight would love to hear. Thanks!
