Australian Non-Target Aiming For S & T Role

Hi,

I'm going to be heading in to recruiting season in the next few months in Australia. I'm aiming for a graduate sales and trading role.

My resume needs some work to ensure that I'm competitive, especially considering I'm from a non-target. I'd really appreciate any feedback that you have.

Thanks!

The key strengths section is a lot of fluff. Some of those points should be put into the employment section, particularly where the outcomes are measurable. Consider an "interests" section so that the reader/HR can get a better flavour for you as a person.

Also don't feel wedded to the one page - that's more an American thing (realising this is a US-based website). White space is your friend so less words...just be more direct...and take the length to 1.5 pages or so.

Otherwise the formatting looks fine to me.

Hope that helps!
