Need more quantitative figures. Incorporate more numbers and stats in your projects. Also try listing relevant courses (quant, accounting, etc..). List SAT Math/Verbal if math >700.
Be prepared to explain how you've built the models in your most recent internship during interviews. Its interesting how most energy market analysts tend to develop "spread" models. Everyone can calc spreads... its better to focus on the the fact that you've been following the energy markets and developed an understanding. You should mention that you've analyzed the supply/demand dynamics of certain products... the fundamentals determine the price.
