Chinese transfer student begging some advice and insights!

Hi everyone~! I'm a Chinese mainland undergrad planning to transfer to USA .
I'm now rising sophomore and would probably begin as a junior in the coming spring semester. My major now is CS but I'm considering change that to econ after my transfer. Since transferring to business school often requires some prerequisites like Financial Accounting, the chance to get into a business program might be slim.

Here comes my confusion:

Do transfer students place as well as those who've been admitted as a freshman?

Wouldn't it be a drawback since you're an international transfer student?

Do econ places near business programs?

If transfer is worthwhile and positive, which school of the following has more prestige on the street?
My list of target schools is below:

Wash U in St. Louis
NYU
UMich
Cornell
Emory

UVA

U of Rochester
BC

CMU
UIUC
Wisconsin-Madison

George Washington U

Babson college

BU

Fordham

U Richmond

Wake Forest U

U Washington Seattle

U Texas Austin

villanova

I want to pick out 12 schools from the mass above to apply, but it's really hard to give them a ranking for me.

I know it's rude to ask for help like this, cuz the information all floods in,and it seems really frustrated, but I really need some insight from the insiders like you guys.

I'll appreciate any kind of help and information, btw I'm from Tongji University, hope there can be someone ever heard of this school

Thx a million!!

1) Cornell, CMU, NYU, Mich, UVA are the only ones i'd consider 2) you're fucked because your an international student. US employment sucks and you want to come here and grab one of the most competitive jobs? 3) being a transfer student is not a huge issue. Being an international student is because you don't have a work Visa and you will need to be sponsored. 4) econ does not place as well as finance but is not a bad choice 5) actually get in to one of the schools before you ask questions next time? no point in comparing schools if they haven't even accepted you.

6) I'd pick wtv school is prestigous in china, which you hopefully know. Get an american degree and use it to work in HK, China, or SG. Do you even read the news? US is going through hell right now. HK and China are closing the doors to westerners - many people want to try HK but can't even get an interview because they're not chinese.

If you must go with prestige, Wash U. But imo as far as prestige goes, I put them all in the same category and it's not like we're talking Harvard/Stanford/Yale here.

I think taking other variables into consideration, NYU is a bit of a no-brainer. Location-wise, it's fertile ground for networking opportunities. Alot of other stuff going on etc.

Baby you're the perfect shape, baby you're the perfect weight. Treat me like my birthday, I want it this way and I want it that way. It makes a man feel good baby.
