Exchange to HEC Paris after MSc degree, worth it over an internship?

Hey all,

I am finishing up my master degree and I am planning ahead my next year.
I plan to do a multiple interships to orientate myself and to work on my CV.
Now I also have the opportunity to go for an exchange semester in spring (feb - may) to HEC Paris.

I wonder, would that be worth more on my CV than doing an internship at a boutique or bank?
So my upcoming year could look like this:
Sept - Dec Internship
Feb - May Exchange

or
Sept - Dec Internship
Jan - March/April Internship

Any advice if its worth it?
Be aware, this would be after I already finished my master degree in Finance (Erasmus University)
