Merger Model Help? M7

Not sure why it says 1st Year Analyst, but I'm a student at a M7 looking to break into IB. A buddy sent over a comprehensive merger model template to put together that's shared amongst students at my M7 learning how to model, but am having trouble putting it together. Mostly modelling the debt and creating the Sources/Uses. If anyone would be able to help take a look, would appreciate it.
