MSF with 5+ years of experience

Hello Peeps,
I am considering an MSF program in Texas. A bit about myself, I have almost six years of experience. 3 in M&A and 2.5 in CRE Underwriting. I was looking to apply for an MSF but wanted to hear whether my 5+ years of experience is sought after or if it will work against me given that the mean age is 24 years for the program with 1-2 years of experience for the average candidate. I plan to do this while being my full-time M&A gig (possible)?
Also, student loans.... I think scholarships are what I will be depending on.
Let me know your thoughts!
