Worth going to MBA if not in T15?

Hi.

Received internship at MM Bank and did not convert Summer. Did not have right work experience and Summer did not go well. Currently enrolled in T35 MBA program.

Is it worth it to continue program at T35 or withdraw, get degree to break into a similar field, get right work experience and perhaps enroll in T15 after experience?

Is a T35 MBA worth it in long run or should I go get right work experience and then try to re-enroll at a much more TOP program? How much does MBA name matter?
