I've started taking a little position in C. There's a new CEO and no big news lately. I imagine he'll be agressive in writing down the remaining garbage on the balance sheet and will likely have to reveal a restructuring plan (maybe dramatic) which may be a nice catalyst. Also, the stock is yielding 4.8% right now. I wouldn't buy your entire allocation all at once though.
