How is experience at a Broker/ Dealer's trading department be looked at when interviewing for jobs later in S/T at an i-bank?
At a broker/dealer the job is primarly responsible for executing trades received. No risk or analysis or anything like that.

I think its called agency trading...Basically fill orders for advisors (RRs)
Will a job as a trader were you do not maintain positions help you get a job were you will be maintaining position?
