How is experience at a Broker/ Dealer's trading department be looked at when interviewing for jobs later in S/T at an i-bank?
At a broker/dealer the job is primarly responsible for executing trades received. No risk or analysis or anything like that.

goldman is a broker/dealer but I assume you are talking about something else?
I think its called agency trading...Basically fill orders for advisors (RRs)
