Converting junior AM role to Off cycle or 2024 analyst role

I am currently working as an analyst at a top AM in London and wanting to move into a sales and trading role starting early 2024, summer 2024 or September 2024. Currently struggling to find many roles open for such roles given I graduated 2022. Can anyone offer any guidance/assistance?

Nothing to add of value but curious to hear why would you want to make such a move?

I find my current work fairly slow paced and I want to specialise and work with one product (preferably equities) in a specific region (preferably APAC/ Japanese). My current work is more high level portfolio management so some of the work is interesting but given the nature of our clients (pension schemes) it tends to be pretty slow and easy going.
