Energy trading event

Hi,
Through a networking event with my uni I managed to convince the head of trading at a small energy trading shop to let me spend some days at the differents desks in the spring, like a spring insight event. With hopes of being fast-tracked to a summer internship next summer.
They have four areas that I will alternate between. Trading of financial products (futures), Trading of electricity with physical delivery, Data analysis and Financial trading of gas.

I would love to receive tips and some good questions that I can ask.

Thanks in advance.
