Exit opportunities for dealer treasury
Hi all, I have a masters degree and have been working in middle office in an European bank for a few years. Recently I saw a vacancy in treasury as a dealer. Does anybody know the exit opportunities for the treasury role?
Plus I’m also concerned about investment banking for its super long hours and stress. Realistically I just want a job with good work and life balance..

Hope that helps.
Anyone has one thought?
It’s not bad considering pay and work life balance. But won’t be massive pay or something.
Relatively stable and I guess exit opp is okay and maybe other treasury related/similar roles.
