Exit opportunities for dealer treasury

Hi all, I have a masters degree and have been working in middle office in an European bank for a few years. Recently I saw a vacancy in treasury as a dealer. But I’m not sure if I should apply because I’m thinking to go for more corporate banking valuation- investment banking-asset management route.

Does anybody know the exit opportunities for the treasury role? Plus I’m also concerned about investment banking for its super long hours and stress. Realistically I just want a job with good work and life balance..

It’s not bad considering pay and work life balance. But won’t be massive pay or something.

Relatively stable and I guess exit opp is okay and maybe other treasury related/similar roles.
