FT Partners or Trading

I was recently approached by FT Partners for an AC and I am pretty sure I can handle it. My dilemma is: I have a choice between staying at my current job in trading (small shop) or trying to break into IB with FT Partners. The thing is at my current job, the progression is pretty quick, and considering the sweaty environment in FT Partners, I don't even know if its worth doing the AC. Anybody with an trading vs IB dilemma. I know they're vastly differnet, but any input would help.
