How are S&T bonuses decided at the analyst-associate level?
I understand that VP and up is tied to what you bring in (P&L), but for analysts how does it work? Is it similar to IB where they sit at a table and place you in top, middle or bottom bucket? Or is it roughly standardized at a % value?
