Hi, I am about to start my career as a junior trader in one of Chicago's trading firms. A very silly question may come as: how do I get to know traders from other firms (either with similar age range or more senior people) ?
I would like to know if there would be some social events or some places where traders will hang out together or basically you just need to get introduced?
