Hi,
I am holding two trading internship offers SIG (Dublin) and Optiver (Amsterdam). I would appreciate any advice on which I should choose and why?

Both are great firms and near top in what they trade (for SIG this is equity options, for Optiver index options). Also, both firms are trader focused which is a plus for you.
Compensation is likely to grow quicker at Optiver (simply because they have fewer traders and make similar profits) and they have a more transparent bonus system reliant on firm-wide profit sharing. Beyond that, I would look at cultural fit and length of potential non competes.
Edit: another thing to note is that SIG has a longer training program, so it will be a while before you actually trade whereas Optiver’s training is shorter
Ah yes, Optiver’s fabled marble system.
What's the typical compensation for the trading grads in Europe?
Hi, May I ask you what brain teasers/problems they presented to you during the interviews with SIG? I am going to undertake interviews for quantitative trading.
