Really depends on if you're applying for a FICC or equities position but know a few asset classes well enough where you can explain them. Know the yield curve. Keep up with recent news. Know exchange rates for certain currencies.
Have a stock pitch and have a general understanding of the market
Ah, the Superday, a crucial step in the S&T recruitment process! It's a day filled with multiple back-to-back interviews, typically with people from different levels within the firm. It can be intense, but with the right preparation, you can certainly shine.
Here are some tips to help you prepare:

Show Your Passion: Demonstrating genuine interest in S&T and the firm you're interviewing with can go a long way. Be ready to explain why you're interested in S&T, what draws you to the firm, and where you see yourself in the future.
Prepare for Behavioral Questions: While technical knowledge is important, don't neglect the behavioral aspect. Be ready to talk about your experiences, what you've learned from them, and how they've prepared you for a role in S&T.
Stay Calm and Confident: Superday can be stressful, but try to stay calm and maintain a positive attitude. Remember, the interviewers want to see that you can handle pressure, as it's a key part of working in S&T.
