Tech sales or S&T
Curious to hear peoples thoughts on a career in tech sales vs as an institutional salesperson at a bank. I am personally striving for a career in S&T and am actually interviewing with a firm for a FI sales role, but I’ve heard a lot about S&T and how the industry has changed for the worse over the years. I love the markets and have a passion for the industry and investing but I’m starting to wonder if I’d be better off in tech sales selling $1m deals to enterprise clients. Can you still make $1m in S&T? Seems like tech is taking over everything…. Thoughts on best career move?
