Trade Support Analyst vs Prime Brokerage Ops Analyst

Hey guys, New joiner here.
Recently I have been offered two position A. Trade Support/ Trading Services Analyst at JP and B. Prime Brokerage Ops Analyst at MS
Both are very nice offer and I would really like to ask some help before deciding.
A bit of background I have always wanted to become a trader myself in the future and get to work in the front office.
So the questions are
- Which role is better in a whole?
- Understand both are very operational and mundane, but which one would be a bit more interest?
- Both positions involve trade settlement, what is really the big difference between them ( Trade support involve capture, settlement, allocation and able to check trader's log vs prime brokerage ops only trade settlement/ allocation, genereate statement etc? )
- Which one has a better exit opportunities?

Thank you so much guys
