UBS vs. WF S&T SA (Global Markets Rot. vs. Commodities)
Trying to choose between Commodities desk in Houston with WF and Global Markets Rotational in NYC for UBS. Which has better exit opportunities down the line and future compensation possible etc? I know UBS isn't growing like WF but I'd be looking to exit or lateral after 2 years after FT hopefully either way. If anyone knows about work culture etc. please respond. Rotational would be 3 different desks in equities and FICC.

Why do you think WF is growing given the size cap that has been there for years....
. Asset cap is a nuisance but doesn’t not inhibit was has been strong growth in their markets biz. Asset cap =/ PnL cap and the bank is cutting down on different business lines to free up capacity (ie mortgage, balance sheet lending)
