Growth Equity Superday Insight?

Does anyone know the process for how superdays work for Growth Equity shops? Lucky enough to have one coming up (analyst role so will be sourcing all day but I am more than fine with that).

Was just wondering if anyone had gone through the process, am pretty worried because I really have no idea what to expect and the resources online for growth equity are limited.

is this for an analyst or associate role? If it's a sourcing position, expect a mock call (the interviewer pretending they're an entrepreneur) as well as questions like what you'd ask a founder. Also know your story and why you're interested in GE. Also might get asked about certain metrics that would make you excited about a company (retention). Also might ask what areas (industries and verticals) you're interested in and why (might also ask companies in this space you know too). Be ready for them to ask about their portfolio companies (one's you like and dislike)
