VC internship and working part time at M&A boutique for next year SA

Hey everyone! Would love to hear your inputs on my current plan

As of right now, my resume would not be strong enough for current SA recruitings so I plan on applying for when I am in my 3rd/last year of my undergraduate.

I have an offer for summer 2019 for a VC firm investing in northern European and also helping them to break into the Chinese market. I would help them establish their office in Shenzhen and helping portfolio companies. I've read around on WSO about how VC internships are not ideal for IBD, however I believe it is better than nothing and it sounds hella fun to do a VC stint in Shenzhen. I also plan on going on exchange right after my internship, which would also collide with a possible SA stint next year. I believe exchange is a once in a life time opportunity and where I still can fully enjoy life before I go to "adult life" and work constantly. I can therefore still apply for SA on my 3rd/last year of my undergraduate and during a 2-year masters.

Now, I have interviews for several M&A boutiques as a "M&A analyst", where I can strengthen my resume and have direct finance experience. I would work there part-time with my studies.

My overall plan would probably be SA-->IBD-->MBA/VC/PE.
