1st yr analsyt salary for PE in asia

The PE firm is based in asia, not a mega fund, more like a boutique-type with about 6~8 men investment team in the country I am located. Not a global fund, only have branches offices across some asian countries (2~4).

What would be an avg salary range for PEFs in similar size? I know it all depends on specific country/fund/performance/etc. but I just wanted to know a rough estimate of the industry avg.

I will be negotiating with the firm soon, and wanted to know what's reasonable and what's ludicrous.
Is 55k far below the industry avg? more reasonable at 60~70k level? (all-in comp)
